First hang-out of the year - Giligan's Market Market - January 8, 2010

its already late in the afternoon, we still have no idea on what to do after work.. 5 pm 6pm 7pm past us by.. doing what? anu pa? tasks given to us..

ok so I(insan b) pinged her(insan g)... to go somewhere after work... its already past 9 so I pinged her that i'm ready to go and she told me we can meet on the elevator.. which later changed... we'll just meet on the ATM booth since we both need to withdraw some money.. (haha cia ung mayaman... ako inde)

We initially planned to go to MOA, on the way to the MRT, we finally decided we head straight to Market Market..(yah market ulit..2nd time na actually.. kasi malau ung moa e..)

ok... haha can't forget this moment.. first time nia to walk on the guadalupe bridge.. ive been telling her the whole time that we still have a long way to go.."ganun malau pa?" hehe..then when time to cross a road.. ok blooper.. (haha nice one san) :D

we rode a jeepney which says "C-5 ikot" and head straight to Market market..

OK so we arrived in market(whew sa wakas..4 kami malaki sa jeep so.. oo masikp..sorry nmn diet n nga ako e!!).. so we went to the bars area(not sure how to call it hehe) we have chosen a good spot... that good spot is somewhere around Giligan's island bar..(taray ng nmin mismong tapat ng bar!)

what we ordered:

promo of san mig light - P105
grilled pusit - P189
Pork Sisig - P169

ok as usual, lots of jokes and laughters.. mukhang kakabagan me at that time..

ok lets describe the food..

pork sisig - Very nice.. crunchy(medyo matigas ung mga chicharon) but it taste really good. its served with.. of course.. what's a sisig without calamansi.. so few halo there and here, few drops of maggi seasoning and hot sauce and mixing is done. really taste good.. id score it around 8 out of 10.


grilled Pusit - whoah! wait a minute.. how will i describe the taste... hmmm... no words.. the taste reminds me of freshly grilled pusit when im on vacation in iba zambales.. we grill freshly caught squids.. taste is the same...really enjoyed the dish... there's a special soft mushy texture and freshness taste in the middle that makes it really taste good. Best pusit i've ever had..id score it around 10 out of 10.

The Good:
Very nice ambiance.. good waiters and waitress... fair price and good food..

The Bad:
isa lang nmn ... basag ung base nung loud sound! hehe pero not much of a concern compared sa satisfaction sa pag relax and unwind sa Giligan's
